About Key Account Manager

  Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) is the €2.5bn+ foodservice division of Unilever. It leads the dynamic Food Service market across its categories and has ambitious growth objectives, marketing a range of professional food and beverage products and services to chefs across 22 Multi Country Organization (MCO) in 72 countries. UFS Baltics operates in all 3 countries providing chefmanship service for all group of Baltics operators. Our main brands are Hellmann’s, Knorr, Carte d’or, and The Vegetarian Butcher.

  Responsibilities:

  Develop and implement business strategies for biggest account/s, distributors, and sub-distributors;

  Do up analysis by customer to identify both short- and long-term business opportunity together with action plan which is in line with UFS strategy/direction;

  Formulate and maintain UFS sales standard operating procedures such as work plan, basic selling process, time management, effective coverage, stocks management, operational expenses and other related sales functions and activities to achieve sales force efficiency;

  Continuously build good relationship with customer;

  Looking for new business opportunities;

  Communicate and co-ordinate with colleague and others department to meet customer satisfaction.

  Monthly gross salary 1900 EUR - 2660 EUR (depending on experience, quarterly bonus included);

  Requirements:

  At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and experience working with distributors;

  Good knowledge and connection in HoReCa business;

  Ability to develop strategy, plan and implementing program of account plan (sell in) and end user promo (sell out) as well;

  Strong leadership skills;

  Proven negotiation capabilities;

  Passion for Growth both personal and professional;

  Good English level skills;

  Culinary skills or Chefs background would be considered and advantage.
