Job Description

　　Oracle Linux virtualization team is looking for a senior software engineer to helpwith designing and implementing solutions to support virtualization stacks usedby Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Exadata Database systems, and a variety of otherOracle products.

　　The candidate is expected to have good knowledge of virtualization technologiesand experience in kernel/hypervisor development. Understanding of processorarchitecture is essential (preferably x86 and/or ARM). Experience with workingwith open source upstream community as well as standards bodies is appreciated.

　　Responsibilities will include analyzing existing technologies, proposing solutionsto often non-trivial problems, design and implementation of features, debugging.

　　As part of Oracle's employment process candidates will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment screening process. This will involve identity and employment verification, professional references, education verification and professional qualifications and memberships (if applicable).
