Description:
Work within the Corporate Treasury Team performing liquidity risk management, cash management, issuing debt and foreign exchange. Support all entities around the world, ensuring sufficient funds to cover daily working capital requirements and long-term growth initiatives.
• Manage daily cash flow and cash-forecasting models for domestic and international subsidiaries
• Recommend and implement financing solutions based off daily cash needs
• Analyze investing and borrowing alternatives and determine opportunities to maximize interest income and minimize interest expense
• Prepare and provide weekly and monthly cash summary reporting and analysis to Management
• Organize and maintain corporate and subsidiary bank documents and records; coordinate all account opening/closings and signature cards as needed and document all treasury procedures and maintain policy manuals
• Understand and identify opportunities to minimize foreign exchange exposure
• Independently leads treasury and cash management systems initiatives
• Analyze and optimize bank service utilization
• Discover and lead strategy for streamlining processes and procedures across the organization
• Support Operating Companies, Corporate Service Departments, and Affiliated Companies with cash management controls and all treasury and banking related issues, while liaising with banking reps
• Act as lead on projects
• Other duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• BS/BA degree (finance, accounting or economics preferred)
• 1-3 years finance or accounting experience
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of treasury, cash management and accounting principles
• Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Flexible, resourceful, a “can-do” service-oriented attitude
• Well-organized ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy, dynamic and ever-changing environment
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
•Familiarity with Adobe Premiere or Adobe InDesign desired
