JOB REQUIREMENTS: Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a junior- to mid-levelassociate with 1-5 years of relevant experience to join our TaxationPractice Group, preferably in our Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles,Milwaukee, Tampa, or Washington DC office. Boston office may beconsidered based on business need and the candidate\'sexperience.Qualified candidates must have experience in tax mattersrelated to fund formation, investment management transactions andpartnership taxation. Experience in mergers, acquisitions, anddivestitures, representing buyers and sellers in transaction taxmatters, tax counseling experience for choice of entity, LLC agreementand tax-side transactional work preferred. Strong writing,communication, and interpersonal skills are required.We are seeking awell-rounded, dynamic, highly motivated associate with exceptionalanalytical, drafting, and project management skills, who is willing tobe flexible with assignments, has the ability to manage multipleprojects and deadlines, and has a strong desire to contribute to a team.Positive attitude, willingness to learn and improve, and dedication toserving our clients are essential. Top academics and experiencerequired. AmLaw 100 experience strongly preferred.
