The Team
As part of the PVH PurePlayer EMEA Team the position will be in partnership with the Direct-To-Consumer team and markets to develop and execute a holistic Pan-European online Pure Players’ strategy. Overall, the PVH PurePlayer Team consists of 3 pillars which are Business Operations, Monitoring & Analytics, and 3rd Party Content. The Team works in close partnership with the markets to optimize consumer engagement, strengthen brand equity, control and manage 3rd party Ecommerce expansion, drive the strategic growth plan in full alignment with the holistic PVH Europe Direct-To-Consumer strategy.
Focus areas within such strategic growth plan will among others include: (i) segmentation strategy, (ii) drive a sustainable, above market and profitable growth with international online accounts, (iii) connect commerce/platform in partnership with the team in O&O.com/hubs, and (iv) sales and margin objectives. The operation is structured within our matrix organization where the strategic ownership of the 3rd party Ecommerce accounts remains with the market.
The Position
This role is part of the Business Operations pillar within the PVH PurePlayer EMEA Team. Together with all team members, this role will form a center of excellence for improvements when it comes to our PurePlayer landscape of PVH.
As a Jr. Specialist Business Operations – PurePlayer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining processes and guidelines to support the implementation of PurePlayer strategy and growth across EMEA. Specifically, your main area of focus will be related to marketplaces: you will lead the end-to-end process to ensure our brands’ presence on marketplaces is aligned with the long-term PVH strategy and brand premiumization objectives. As part of leading this project, you will monitor and control the presence of PVH products on (third-party)marketplaces, define action plans with our local sales teams, provide regular insights to management, and be the ‘go-to’ person with both internal and external stakeholders on the topic. Additionally, you will also strongly support key cross-functional strategic processes, such as: tiering and segmentation, partners’ onboarding/offboarding process and Online Sales Guidelines update.
Key Responsibilities
Project management
Lead the end-to-end process to control our brands’ presence on all main third-party marketplaces in Europe:
Regularly revise/assess the presence of PVH products on marketplaces (number of resellers, product count, season, etc.).
Cooperate with central legal and local sales teams to update PVH Online Sales guidelines.
Coordinate with Licensees and Distributors to monitor indirect customer activity.
Manage partnerships with external suppliers.
Provide support with contract-related topics.
Operations management
Build and maintain a PVH Marketplace customer database.
Manage communication with B2B customers that are not complying with PVH requirements.
Cooperate with tech-team to identify efficiencies and automate marketplace monitoring process.
Monitor external suppliers’ performance; define and track roadmap.
Manage the Order-to-cash processes with all external suppliers within PurePlayer EMEA team.
Support in the creation and maintenance of new Pureplayer-related processes, for example: partners’ onboarding/offboarding and Online Sales Guidelines update.
Reporting
Regularly report and present results and marketplace trends to both management and local sales teams.
Perform ad-hoc analysis on marketplaces to showcase progress.

Be the ‘to-go person’ on marketplace-monitoring topics and build strong and trustworthy relationships with internal PVH teams: Legal team, Local sales teams, Procurement team, Masterdata Team and automation Team.·External

What you have:
Education : University degree with 1-3 years of related work experience.
E xperience : Previous experience within an operational/project management/customer support role .
Main Skills: project management, problem-solving, analytical skills (good Excel skills), effective communication (good PowerPoint skills), great organizational skills.
