Junior Sourcer

The role: Youwill support theTalent Acquisition team attract and source the top talent to enable future success of News UK and its brands. Managing the advertising and promotion of roles, identifying talent.
Day to day you will:
Manage the Applicant Tracking System, supporting the recruitment team to keep the system updated and to get the best from the system.
Manage recruitment team mailbox and general enquiries
Work with Talent Acquisition partners to identify and attract suitable candidates through LinkedIn
Understand hiring requirements to support team in sourcing and screening applicants
Collate interview feedback from managers and candidates
Support with all advertising of vacancies, including drafting job adverts in line with best practice
Support creation of reports and sharing of insight
Assisting with content for social media, website and internal microsite.
What we’re looking for from you:
This role offers lots of opportunity to learn but some experience in Talent Acquisition coordination / sourcing might be beneficial. You also have:
An inquisitive and curious nature
Excellent communication for speaking with prospective candidate, hiring managers and members of the HR team
Excellent written communication skills for editing job descriptions, creating presentations and other documents
Strong administration and organisational skill for juggling a variety of projects
Adept at basic reporting and working with data or interest in learning
Previous customer/ client service experience
