  Job Description

  Teledyne Technologies is seeking a SharePoint Junior Administrator. The Junior Administrator will be tasked with application development and support for all production and non-production SharePoint servers within the internet, intranet, and extranet sites. Support the installation, configuration, deployment, security, operation, backup, and maintenance of all SharePoint servers and related software.

  The position will be a blend of working with all versions of SharePoint using many technologies like Nintex, Power Platform, SharePoint Designer, and migration tools like ShareGate. The Junior Administrator role will assist the Senior Administrator to perform root cause analysis for production issues in the applications.

  We are looking for a self-motivated individual that can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will possess the experience and discipline to take direction well and be able to work independently without direction when situations arise.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Basic to Good understanding of SharePoint Administration (On Premise and Online)

  PowerShell scripting skills

  Strong customer service orientation:

  Work with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve specific issues within SharePoint and related applications.

  Address technical issues related to SharePoint and associated services.

  Site administration such as permissions management, configuring web pages, configuring web parts, lists, views, libraries, Office client integration, content management, etc.

  Ensure adherence to provided standards and policies, e.g. governance, styling guidelines, etc.

  Maintain records of SharePoint farms, updates, maintenance, and activity.

  Aid and maintain relationships with third party SharePoint teams as needed, including migration, implementation, and development efforts.

  Assist with the design, deployment, and overall architecture of SharePoint sites.

  Work closely with Infrastructure and Cloud teams to configure, maintain, and logically organize site content within the SharePoint platform.

  Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  Required Skills:

  Proven experience with and specific knowledge of the function and makeup of Microsoft SharePoint administration, including site and user management.

  Knowledge of SharePoint tools including ULS Logs is ideal.

  Strong communications skills both verbal and written.

  Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

  Self-motivated and result oriented.

  Ability to handle workload, multitask, and take responsibility for deliverables, as assigned

  Preferred Considerations:

  Basic Windows Server, AD, SQL, and Project Server

  Versions of SharePoint:

  2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and SharePoint Online.

  PowerShell

  Microsoft Teams

  OneDrive

  IIS

  html

  ShareGate

  InfoPath

  Nintex Forms/Workflows

  Atlassian Confluence

  Working knowledge of Azure, Azure AD, and AWS a plus.

  Salary Range:

  $59,400.00-$79,310.000

  The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
