Job Title: Junior Regional Quality Specialist

　　Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

　　Type of contract: substitute contract of 1 year

　　As a Junior Regional Quality Specialist you will support our Regional and Local quality teams by managing Kosher and Halal certification for premixes from the EMEA region, support the production site Quality department in audits conducted by Kosher and Halal organizations, update Kosher and Halal certificates for qualified raw materials as well as handle CRM cases related to the religious certification.

　　Your key responsibilities

　　Manage Kosher and Halal certification for all EMEA sites - prepare and maintain relevant documentation.

　　Handle incoming queries through the CRM Case related to the Halal/Kosher certification. Monitor the request date and ensure the proper reply time.

　　Support EMEA region in religious queries related to premixes, raw materials and production sites.

　　Supporting Badatz production.

　　Maintain information in Global systems (p43, EDM, TrackWise SQM), local system (p43).

　　You bring

　　A master’s degree - preferably in Food Science or similar.

　　Knowledge of religious certification (Kosher and Halal) would be an advantage.

　　Fluency in Polish and English.

　　Very good communication skills, excellent work organization, ability to work under the stress and time pressure.

　　High learning agility, open-minded personality, influencing skills and stakeholder’s management.

　　Support mentality and affinity to solve problems, positive attitude towards challenges.

　　High customer-focuses, own initiative and drive.
