To support the growth of our business in France, we are looking for an “Junior product Marketing manager” (m/f) ready to take on new challenges in the Marketing Team.

Job Summary

Execute the marketing strategy adapted to the EMEIA region.

Support product marketing managers in planning, executing, and monitoring product-related marketing actions.

Conduct market studies and competitive benchmarks.

Prepare reports.

Responsibilities

Stimulate revenue and market share growth and ensure the profitability of the product portfolio, particularly assembly products in the EMEIA region:

Define the product launch roadmap.

Conduct market studies to identify customer needs and market trends.

Analyze product performance, make data-driven recommendations to improve product features.

Develop product documentation (brochures, case studies, etc.).

Define pricing strategy and actions by region and channel.

Deploy lead generation initiatives:

Build campaigns to support the generation of qualified leads.

Work with the agency to create communication materials with the right message to guide customers throughout their buying journey.

Analyze results, optimize campaigns.

Manage the product lifecycle:

Create articles, IT tickets, etc.

Optimize inventory and consolidate forecasts.

Propose and implement promotions.

Create necessary communications to inform sales teams and customers of any product lifecycle changes (updates, obsolescence, replacements, modifications, etc.).

Basic Qualifications

Education: student or recent graduate with a master’s degree in marketing, product management, business

Basic experience (including internship) in product management

Travel Work Arrangements/Requirements

Fully site based

Key Competencies

Knowledge:

Initial approach to product management.

Proficiency in computer tools.

Know-how:

Master oral and written communication in French and English.

Lead projects.

Communicate clearly and convincingly.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, competition, and customer behavior.

Results-oriented.

Proficiency in English as a working language (C2 level CREC).

Knowledge of other languages is a plus
