For our Vascular Division, we are recruiting a (Junior) Product Manager EMEA to be based in our EMEA HQ in Diegem, Belgium.

　　Role and Responsibilities:

　　Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights across the EMEA region

　　Support to develop an annual marketing strategy and plan (product management and marketing activities) for and with Countries/Regions

　　Translate the brand strategy into tactical plans and go-to-market strategies

　　Work in close cooperation with Countries/Regions to ensure optimal implementation and alignment to achieve business objectives

　　Work with the global marketing group to develop the products and materials that support our strategies

　　Partner with the cross-functional team on initiatives related to the brand

　　Marketing Communication and Congresses support and operation

　　Monitoring and Intelligence methods to stay ahead of market trends and competitive strategies

　　Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

　　Monitor product supply and distribution

　　Your Profile:

　　University Degree in marketing or a scientific field, or equivalent in experience

　　A first experience in sales and marketing

　　Medical Devices or pharmaceutical industry experience

　　Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind

　　Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers

　　Strong communication and influencing skills

　　Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments and meet deadlines

　　Fluency in English, any additional language is an asset
