  The Opportunity!

  The Junior Personal Insurance Advisor, you are a key player in providing professional, efficient, and courteous service to all clients with respect to Auto Insurance, Auto Extension, Travel Health, and Personal Insurance products. This position is responsible for identifying client needs, educating clients of other available insurance solutions, encouraging the sale of company products and the benefits of bundling all their insurance requirements with HUB International.

  Job Duties and Responsibilities Sales and service of all types of Personal Insurance. Follow through on leads assigned to the retail branch & generate leads for other divisions. Contact clients on renewal and ensure policies are processed and issued accurately and in a timely manner. Accounts receivable management. Update client information as changes occur and provide policy and coverage advice to clients upon request or inquiry. Ensure that all processing and administrative responsibilities are completed accurately, and that the client's needs are served with an appropriate sense of urgency. Handle and resolve client concerns in a positive proactive fashion. Achieving sales and retention goals. Maintaining a high level of knowledge in all our Personal Lines, systems and procedures, and competitors' products. Ensure compliance with all insurance companies, Alberta Insurance Council and Privacy Act rules and regulations. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job Qualifications and Skills Demonstrated abilities in providing exceptional client service. Strong communication skills (verbal & written.) Sales initiative and drive. A minimum License Level 1 is highly preferred. Training sponsorship and support will be provided to assist in successfully completing job requirements. Advanced computer and customer service skills are essential. High level of accuracy, adaptability to change and superior keyboarding skills.
