Junior High Softball - Assistant Coach

　　The Assistant Softball Coach at Danville Community School District will work closely with the Head Softball Coach to support the development and success of the junior high school softball program. This position requires a dedicated and knowledgeable individual with a passion for coaching, mentoring student-athletes, and contributing to the overall success of the team. The Assistant Softball Coach will assist in organizing and executing practices, implementing coaching strategies, and providing valuable support to the coaching staff.

　　Valid Iowa Coaching LicenserequiredPrevious coaching experience (preferred, but not necessary)Extensive knowledge of the game of baseball and coaching techniques.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.Commitment to fostering a positive team culture and promoting sportsmanship.Responsibilities:
