　　What can we do together?

　　In HP Workforce Solutions our purpose is to enable employees to be a source for growth, and make it simpler for IT departments to deploy, manage and secure technology.

　　We work directly with customers and partners to create value across HP’s full Workforce Solutions portfolio.

　　We are looking for a graduate candidate to further develop our Partner Managed Print Services business within the SEMA (Southern Europe Middle East Africa) Services & Solutions Market.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Support achievement of our financial objectives on Total Contract Value, Revenues, Controllable Margin and Predictability;

　　Coordinate New Services Introductions with the local Business Development Manager;

　　Collaborate with Sales on Partner training and onboarding;

　　Act as deal coordinator for new opportunities from Proposal to TCV recognition process;

　　Nurture Partner relationship and experience for growth;

　　Analyze Partner landscape and financial performance, and identify corrective action required;

　　Gather insight from Partners and provide Service & Tools requirements into product development;

　　Be the liaison point between Partners and Operational teams (Service Delivery, Invoicing, Sales Operations) for escalations;

　　Participate in employee engagement initiatives.

　　Who you are?

　　Recent Master graduate (less than 12 months) specialized in Sales or Business Development.

　　Typically 1+ years’ experience in directly related business.

　　Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry.

　　Basic organizational, analytical and communication skills.

　　French & English required.
