Title:
Junior FMS Program Analyst
KBR is seeking a FMS Junior Program Analyst to join our Team! This position supports PMA-265, Finland IPT in Patuxent River, Maryland.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Supports the IPTs in the assessment of program requirements. Provide recommendations to fulfill the Finland F/A-18 user requirements through acquisition strategies that meet technical, schedule, budget, Security Assistance, and administrative requirements.
Develop plans of action and milestones to execute requirements.
Coordinate, support, attend and participates in program management reviews, meetings, briefings and other significant program activities and events to perform analysis in support of the PMA-265 Finland IPT.
Supports technology transfer activities by developing required documentation, applying appropriate DoD markings, and routing packages for foreign disclosure release reviews.
Coordinate, support, attend and participates in Program Management Reviews (PMR), technical coordination meetings, conferences, briefings and other significant program activities and events.
Identify and analyzes issues, records action items, and recommends preferred courses of action to resolve action items and prepare draft minutes from the meeting.
Maintains organized files of all technical related program documents and track action items and taskers.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience plus 2 to 4 years of relevant experience within the program.Contract Requirements (Allowable Substitution):
AS or AA degree OR an additional four (4) years of experience can be substituted for an AS or AA degree.
At least two (2) years’ experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management, and a minimum of one (1) year in FMS and have knowledge of Foreign Disclosure.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a level Secret Clearance.
Critical thinking skills are required for this role.
Contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.
