Boxgreen is looking for a high-energy, data-driven and no-task-too-small Junior Ecommerce Executive (Online & Offline Sales Channel) with a passion for food and health/wellness to support the Commercial Team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships with our online channel partners.

　　The Role

　　Assist in developing and implementing performance marketing strategies to drive eCommerce sales in the US market.

　　Execute and optimize marketing campaigns on various platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, Shopify, and other relevant channels.

　　Coordinate and project manage activities between internal teams, channel partners, and online marketplaces.

　　Ensure consistent product listing information across all e-commerce platforms.

　　Monitor and manage inventory to ensure products are in stock and available for online customers.

　　Contribute to building the optimal marketing, promotion, and assortment strategy by brand for the US market.

　　Assist in executing digital marketing initiatives, including on-site activity, social media, display, EDM, SEO, and SEM.

　　Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, stock, and fulfill inventory on time, ensuring a reliable and consistent customer experience.

　　Track and follow up with customer orders, inquiries, and emails to ensure a positive customer experience.

　　Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

　　Requirements

　　Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management or any related courses 

　　At least 1-2 years of work experience as a digital marketing executive or ecommerce executive is preferred. 

　　Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

　　Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal

　　Warmth, resourcefulness and good judgment

　　Artistic and innovative flair

　　Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends

　　Able to based in KL
