　　How you will make an impact

　　Preparing monthly journal entries

　　Researching and correcting account discrepancies

　　Ensuring that accounts contained in the general ledger are correct

　　Helping with audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audits

　　Data entry

　　Carrying out other related duties and participating in special projects as assigned

　　Aiding in full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Requirements - Be detailed, flexible, and organized

　　Adeptness in journal entries

　　Financial reconciliation experience

　　Microsoft Excel experience

　　Command of financial statement preparation

　　Demonstrated knowledge of accruals

　　Solid understanding of month end closings

　　Deep understanding of Yardi

　　Applicants with an AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business are recommended for this position

　　1 year of relevant accounting experience necessary

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills

　　Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

　　Outstanding data entry skills
