　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Daily review of the irregular prices report to promptly identify and address pricing inconsistencies, including following-up with suppliers to rectify any errors.

　　Ensure timely addition of invoices to the inventory management software upon delivery, facilitating a streamlined payment process.

　　Regularly review and maintain inventory items, with updates to prices and quantities as necessary.

　　Conduct accurate inventory counts and inputting data for the merchandise sector.

　　Efficiently manage purchases, orders, and maintain consistent communication with suppliers for merchandise items.

　　Conducting audits to compare enterprise sales with store purchases, promptly identifying and addressing any discrepancies through corrective actions.

　　Provide support to procurement and accounting by undertaking additional tasks as required.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field.

　　2-3 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role.

　　Operational experience in a kitchen environment preferred.

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other procurement software such as Marketman.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
