Greet customers and assist them in the buying process.Create custom order quotes for customers.Answer customer questions via phone.Clean and maintain sales floor.Assist Customer Service Manager with day to day tasks.Pack online stores.Pack and label shipments.Checking orders for accuracy.Call or e-mail customers for order pick-up.Understand and utilize customer service softwareSKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
