　　Greet customers and assist them in the buying process.Create custom order quotes for customers.Answer customer questions via phone.Clean and maintain sales floor.Assist Customer Service Manager with day to day tasks.Pack online stores.Pack and label shipments.Checking orders for accuracy.Call or e-mail customers for order pick-up.Understand and utilize customer service softwareSKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

　　Customer service experience preferred but not requiredStrong Communication skillsUnderstanding of apparel and sports equipment a plusExperienced in the Microsoft office suiteStrong customer service skills and work ethicSelf motivatedAble to work as a team to complete daily tasksAbility to lift 50lbsJob Type: Part-time 30 hours+ with Opportunity for Full Time within 90 days.
