Description

　　In NEW YORK, NY (Remote Position): Our client - well-established digital media and internet company, supporting end clients in the Healthcare publishing (and education) sector - is searching for a Advertising / Media Contracts Paralegal (ideally with some exposure to the Healthcare space) to support the team on a contract / consultancy basis. The ideal candidate for this role will bring at least two to three (2-3+) years of relevant, in-house experience, and be comfortable with responsibilities including: drafting, redlining and formatting termination letters, NDA's, amendments, contractor and freelancer agreements, talent agreements and contest and sweepstakes rules. Candidate selected for this role will be collaborating with stakeholders organization-wide, ensuring proper administration of legal documents, compliance and over all smooth operation of contracting processes.
