　　Note - Pay rate for this job is $30 - $35 / hour

　　Responsibilities:

　　New construction and some remodel work.

　　Ability to do waste, water and gas.

　　Be able to rough in a sink independently.

　　Install and maintain plumbing systems.

　　Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues.

　　Qualifications:

　　Advanced knowledge of pluming and water distribution.

　　Min 5 years - Basic tools like sawzall, cordless drill. 

　　Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and physically able.

　　Installations on new residential plumbing.

　　Installations of sewer pipes.

　　Ability to carry ladder and jump on ladder.

　　Ability to follow directions and be a self starter.
