Joint Venture Specialist
About the role
IntelliDyne is seeking an organized self-starter to help manage their portfolio of Joint Ventures. As an individual contributor on the Growth Team, the Joint Venture Specialist will perform various activities to administer, collaborate, and facilitate growth goals of various business entities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience with all stages of the business development / capture lifecycle from opportunity identification through proposal submission. This job requires a strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.

Joint Location: Remote (NCR)
Responsibilities:
Support BD, Capture, Proposal, & Technical solution duties if/when necessary for various opportunities in pursuit that derive from JVs
Contribute to customer engagement, intelligence gathering, win themes, competitive analysis, partnering, and solution development for JVs
Assist with proposal development including content development, graphics development, color team reviews, and staffing plans.
Assist with bid activities as required including pricing models, competitor analysis, and price-to-win scenarios.
Primary duties of this position are:
Responsible for administration and partnership obligations of IntelliDyne Joint Ventures (JVs)
Tactically executing the terms of operating agreements (updating backlog, conducting pipeline reviews, assisting with marketing, maintaining credentials/clearances as required, etc.) between partner companies in pursuit of growth goals.
Collaborate with growth team to facilitate various capture activities for deals pursued by JVs such as industry events, white papers, capabilities matrix, customer engagement, subcontractor partnering, etc.
Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience supporting growth activities for a Federal IT Services contractor
Full understanding of the Business Development Lifecycle from identification through post-award transition
Strong understanding of teaming on federal opportunities with various arrangements such as JVs / Mentor Protégés/ CTAs and ability collaborate with partners in pursuit of mutual growth initiatives
Ability to understand technical requirements and reconcile them against company capabilities
Capable of prioritizing responsibilities, managing time appropriately, and operating independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
Experience maintaining a pipeline of federal growth opportunities
Experience with the federal bid & proposal process
Relevant operational experience on an IT program
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with a CRM (like SalesForce) and pipeline tools (like TechnoMile)
