Job descriptionUnder the guidance and direction of the Workforce Program Manager, the Job Developer works with staff and participants of various Workforce programs to establish partnerships, create job placement opportunities, and build and maintain relationships with business partners. The Job Developer also instructs program participants and assists with participant recruitment and relationship building with current and prospective business partners.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
1+ year of direct service case management, intake, or support experience1+ year experience in job readiness, employment placement, recruiting, etc.1+ years experience developing business relations with clients and external partnersProficient with MS Office -- Word, Excel, OutlookAbility to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Problem-solver with the ability to work with minimal supervisionExperience working with re-entry and a diverse populationMust have a reliable personal vehicleULMS Total Compensation
