Our client, a leader in the automotive industry is looking for a Data Administrator to join their team in the Cambridge area on a contract basis.

　　Description:

　　They will be using workday for all HR transaction

　　Process and track job changes, hires, renewals, firing,

　　Name change address change, emergency contract change

　　Maintain and update process standards for any new programs

　　Managing security access for workday users

　　Data entry and validation

　　Kaizen

　　This data goes to Manulife for the benefits set up- this is the main HR system

　　Enter payroll information

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Must Have: 1-3 years' experience doing data entry into an HRIS/ERP

　　Must Have: Coming from large Manufacturing environment (Ideally over 2000 headcount, 500-1000 minimum)

　　Must Have: (HRIS experience - Workday (open to Peoplesoft, Bamboo HR, Oracle)

　　Must have: High data accuracy

　　Must have: MS office (vlookup, pivot tables, sum ifs)

　　Nice to Have: Advanced excel skill - VBA macros, they will understand how to audit their work
