　　WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A PORTERPerform upkeep and janitorial duties so that your property is always in great condition, demonstrating pride in your building and grounds.

　　Clean common areas and grounds pick up

　　Engage in minor maintenance work in coordination with building maintenance team.

　　Assist in preparation of vacant units with maintenance team.

　　Provide excellent customer service to residents while performing job duties.

　　Perform snow removal and/or landscaping as needed.

　　Learn new skills and work closely with the maintenance team on small repairs and preventative activities.

　　Maintain building supplies and inventory in proper condition.

　　Communicate with management to address safety concerns as needed.

　　Support site and office operations as assigned by manager.

　　COMPESATION:

　　$16 / hour for 20 hours a week

　　with an annual bonus that is tied to performance
