　　[We are looking for responsible custodians to maintain and protect our Schools.It is important for a custodian/ janitor to be careful and thorough in working, cleaning and tidying the premises.The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on building upkeep and follow routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building operations and grounds.Must have great physical endurance to cover a large space.A keen eye for detail and diligence are imperative in custodial maintenance jobs.

　　Responsibilities include but not limited to:Deep clean restroomsMaintain floors free of trash and spillsRemoval of trash from the classroomsReplace trash liners in all trash receptaclesWiping down of all desks/chairsWiping down of walls and all glass windowsMop / Sweep each classroomRemove gum upon discoveryEnsure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfacesWash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables (e.g. soap)Wipe mirrors and windowsReport major damages to ManagementSecure facilities after operating hours by locking doors, closing windows and setting up the alarmUndertake occasional custodial and janitorial tasks upon request (lifting heavy items, moving chairs etc.)

　　Requirements:- Must have own reliable transportation and valid TX driver's license to travel to job sites- Must be able to report to assigned job on time- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift heavy objects of 40 or more pounds and climb stairs
