We are looking for a positive and energetic Janitor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible to keep building clean and orderly condition.

　　Essential Responsibilities:

　　Cleans building on a daily basis, to included mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, washing of windows, mirrors, doors, walls, and dusting.Keeps furniture and equipment clean by dusting and polishing to provide a clean environment, and emptying all waste basketsDispose of trash or other material on a daily basisCleans and disinfects restrooms, floors, toilets, seats, urinals, fixtures and refills paper goods in restrooms.Cleans cafeteria, and maintain refrigerators clean periodically.Keeps track of cleaning suppliesPromptly cleans and dries spills or wet spots on floors.Notifies Maintenance Supervisor of need for repairs.Essential Requirements:
