　　In your role, you will

　　Plan, execute and control major investment projects for the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center;

　　Manage costs and schedule so that your projects are delivered to the complete satisfaction of your customers;

　　Establish and understand the needs and priorities of your internal customers;

　　Maintain clear and effective communication at different hierarchical levels in the Organization;

　　Identify and mitigate risks proactively;

　　Coordinate the various resources involved in the development and execution of projects;

　　Enforce internal safety rules on your sites;

　　Solve various technical issues using a sustainable approach;

　　Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.

　　As our ideal candidate

　　You have a degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, construction) and / or technical;

　　You have five to ten years of experience in managing large-scale projects in the manufacturing sector;

　　You are organized, recognized for your leadership and have demonstrated the ability to mobilize various teams;

　　You adopt best practices in project management;

　　You are able to work under pressure and meet your commitments;

　　You are bilingual and demonstrate communication skills, both oral and written;

　　You demonstrate negotiation skills as well as problem analysis and resolution;

　　You have initiative, concern for a job well done and customer satisfaction is your priority
