SAP America, Inc. seeks an IT Technology Services Senior Specialist in Newtown Square, PA to act as a trusted technical advisor in the safeguarding and optimization of customer investments in SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS). Govern ECS customer relationship management from a technical perspective, while advocating for the customer and bringing the power of ECS to enrich customer experience. Work with CDMs and ECS internal service delivery to provide quality services to satisfy customer needs and resolve technical complexities throughout the entire lifecycle. Serves as primary contact for the customer regarding technology discussions?, innovations and escalation of technical issues?. Understands the customer's business, goals and challenges in order to suggest solutions & services. Advises customers on technical requirements, constraints, and support in all sorts of technical situations (incl. IT critical situations) throughout their lifecycle within ECS?. Identifies and positions ECS services that deliver value to the customer from ECS portfolio.? Evaluate current SAP architecture, identify weaknesses, and act on improvement opportunities. Drive strategic SAP direction through determination of short-and-long-term IT investment needs. Facilitate evaluation and selection of software product standards. Apply knowledge of S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools. Identify top issues, define service plan, and drive implementation of identified action items across customer landscape. Design optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability. Manage and provide hands-on Architect level support of current and future SAP related projects, Collaborate, and coordinate closely with both business and internal infrastructure teams to deliver stable, highly available business systems.

　　Minimum Education/Experience: Position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study and 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. The Company will also accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study and 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

　　Evaluate, identify issues, and improve SAP architecture;Customer support on technical requirements, constraints, and troubleshooting;Technical planning, implementation, configuration, integration and operations of SAP solutions;S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, and methodology;Agile methodologies including Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and blended approaches;SAP HANA integration, including BW on HANA, SDI, SDA, HA/DR setup, RTO, RPO, HSR, and BW MultiHost; andSAP cloud solutions and integration using SCP and BTP.Position requires up to 20% travel to various and unanticipated client sites nationwide.
