Join the Snowflake team.Snowflake is growing fast and we're looking for a highly talented, self-motivated and data-oriented individual to lead product marketing for Snowflake Horizon, Snowflake's built-in governance solution with a unified set of compliance, security, privacy, interoperability, and access capabilities. Snowflake Horizon makes it easy for customers to govern and take immediate action on data, apps, and more across clouds, teams, partners, and customers - both inside and outside of organizations. Integrations with other Apache Iceberg-compatible catalogs and engines , and with partners, further extend Snowflake Horizon across customers' ecosystems.In close partnership with product management, developer relations, alliances, sales, and marketing teams, you will lead full-funnel product marketing and go-to-market for high-profile governance product releases and campaigns. Snowflake's single, cross-cloud governance model has always been a powerful differentiator, and in this role, you will be key in further enabling customers to manage their increasingly complex data ecosystems with simplicity and ease.AS A SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER YOU WILL:Build and execute a go-to-market strategy and innovative programs targeting CDO's, CISO's, data stewards, data governors, and architectsCreate messaging, content assets, and sales enablement assets to be used by Snowflake marketing and sales teams, as well as partner teamsExecute and be accountable for the success of go-to-market campaigns that require cross-functional collaboration with demand generation, content marketing, partner marketing, alliances, sales, product management, and other teamsLeverage data to identify opportunities, guide decisions, and measure performance of go-to-market activitiesWork directly with customers, partners and sales to identify opportunities to improve our go-to-market motions, and represent Snowflake's value propositionCommunicate customer requirements and provide input to product management on product enhancements and future product directionOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:6+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in data governance, data management, compliance, security or privacyExceptional written communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise presentations and plansDemonstrated track record of building successful go-to-market programs and campaignsCross-functional team management and organizational skills, influence without authority, including senior managementAnalytical mindset, interpreting and summarizing data with actionable insightsTechnically-curious yet business-benefit oriented on emerging data technologiesBS/BA, MBA preferredThe following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:The estimated base salary range for this role is $147,000 - $204,700.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
