Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking an IT Support Specialist II.Responsibilities:

　　Assist internal customers in resolving access issues, run L1 processes, access bulk loads

　　Ensure that L1 processes are in compliance with audit

　　1-3 years of related experience

　　Technical and Business experience in IAM world - specifically with SailPoint IIQ - highly preferred

　　Implementing and Managing IAM Governance Solutions

　　Experience in IAM Operations - Issues Triaging, User Communication, Solution Implementation - preferred

　　Analytical background

　　Operational background

　　Experience with SailPoint administration (Nice to have but not required)

　　Experience with Data Analysis

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Excellent time management skills

　　Experience in customer service

　　Attention to detail

　　Problem Solving and Process Improvement knowledge

　　Experience with:

　　Microsoft Suite Applications

　　SharePoint

　　Data Analysis, Excel

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
