IT Support Analyst 1
Deals with the day-to-day operation of a particular IT system and/or supports the users in their daily use of IT functions.
Your role:
Ensure that problems are solved, either by own analyses or by escalation to line support function and chasing the solution. They are also responsible for updating IT components and systems as required, both hardware and software, in cooperation with the suppliers of the IT components.
Train users on generic applications, provide advice in the use of applications, support in solving problems and complaints and handle the escalation to the higher support function, in order to minimize the user complaints and maximize the performance of the IT system.
As necessary, performs other duties as required related to the department requirements.
On site job.
Shift B: Monday to Friday from 3:36 pm to 10 pm, Saturday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
You're the right fit if:
High School Diploma and Technical Degree related with Information Technology. Experience with remote support to customer and networking. Experience with maintenance on laptops and desktops.
English Level- Intermediate or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field
Knowledge of IP, ITIL, Windows, hardware and software informatics, active directory and exchange.
