  At the forefront of technological innovation and expertise, the Technical Lead in IT Application Support plays a pivotal role in steering our applications through the realms of design, development, and deployment. This role is instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and enhancement of our applications, employing a sophisticated blend of strategic planning, technical proficiency, and problem-solving acumen. The incumbent will orchestrate a collaborative environment with our esteemed client delivery teams to address and resolve issues promptly, thereby guaranteeing an uninterrupted service experience.

  Core Responsibilities:

  Lead the technical direction for application support activities, including but not limited to, debugging, enhancements, upgrades, and routine maintenance.

  Act as a guardian of server integrity by overseeing server upgrades, vulnerability remediations, and the timely update of certificates and keystores, ensuring a fortified and resilient server landscape.

  Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement by mentoring team members, conducting quality reviews, and encouraging a thorough understanding of cutting-edge technologies outside one's primary expertise.

  Engage in intricate development and support initiatives, crafting and executing enhancement strategies that align with business objectives and technological advancements.

  Employ exceptional problem-solving skills to address complex challenges across diverse technological domains and operational frameworks, setting a benchmark for others.

  Leverage deep analytical capabilities to understand business requirements, propose multifaceted solutions, and lead outage restoration efforts with a focus on minimizing impact and enhancing system reliability.

  Author and refine technical documentation, setting a high standard for clarity and effectiveness, and mentor team members in achieving excellence in documentation.

  Guide the team in adhering to project management methodologies and Agile principles, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.

  Required Expertise:

  Proficiency in Cloud Technologies, AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Linux, and server support.

  Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure components and security models.

  Familiarity with Java Development, Spring, Spring Boot, and both relational and non-relational database design.

  Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with stellar analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  Agile methodology experience, with a strong foundation in software development lifecycle processes.

  Advanced knowledge in data formats (JSON, XML, CSV), RESTful frameworks, GIT, continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Jira, Artifactory), and system integration protocols.

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Math, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience, with a Master’s Degree being a plus.

  Minimum 5 years of experience in designing complex technical solutions, with a preference for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in Cloud Technologies and Java Programming.

  Salary Pay Range

  Minimum :

  90,200 USD

  Maximum :

  143,100 USD
