Description
As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems. Here are some of the exciting responsibilities you'll take on:
Provide technical assistance in strict accordance with established procedures.
Conduct system set-up, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for IT systems.
Resolve Tier 2 IT support tickets and escalate when necessary.
Manage system images and configurations.
Perform walkthroughs and report on equipment status.
Coordinate with the IT Manager and Property team.
Provide training to staff on system revisions.
Respond to Corporate IT requests promptly.
Deliver superior customer service at all times.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required. One to two years direct experience working with Windows 10, MS Office, Computer Hardware, Networking and TCP/IP Connectivity preferred. Citrix and Cisco VoIP experience a plus. Good problem solving, analytical and team-working skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and/or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.
