POSITION SUMMARY:
IT Specialist - Provides user and desktop support in the Information Technology Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide user support on day-to-day IT issues in assigned geographical area.
Serve as site support technician issues in assigned geographical area.
Provide technical assistance to computer system users.
Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location.
Provide assistance concerning the use of computer Hardware and Software, including Printing, Installation, Office365, Exchange, Electronic Mail, and Operating Systems.
Other tasks as assigned.
COMPENSATION AND WORK SCHEDULE:
The pay range is $26 - $32 per hour based on experience. The expected work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
**The pay scale above is the compensation range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, relevant education and/or training, and performance-related bonuses and incentives.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Two years’ experience in IT service and technology.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Office 365, Desktop support, Printer support
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Office environment with dealership visits.
