  IT Software Development Supervisor

  For a 12- month assignment with possible extensions!!

  LOCATION: REMOTE

  Overview:

  Our client is seeking an IT Software Development Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of software developers or support teams; to oversee quality assurance reviews; to ensure

  project completion and user satisfaction; and to provide guidance and training to assigned team.

  Job Scope & Requirements:

  Experience leading a team of intermediate or senior development resources to provide successful project delivery and an efficient and effective operating environment.?

  Experience working with various SDLC methodologies and cross-functional teams (Application Owners; Architects; Developers; Business Leadership; Business Analysts).

  Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, ETL processes, query design in Oracle/SQL/HANA, and report development.

  Strong knowledge of SAP Business Objects systems, including Universe design, implementation, customization, and system architecture, as well as knowledge of SAP best practices and methodologies.

  Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality results.

  Experience working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.

  Strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of taking solution ownership.

  Must be able to pay close attention to complex detail and understand written and oral instructions.

  Education: Must have a 4-year degree.

  No CORP-to-CORP or 3 rd parties.

  There is no per diem with this position.

  MUST be able to work without sponsorship or VISA transfer for this position.
