General Description
Support Corporate Real Estate (CRE) projects: remodeling new/existing areas, new buildings/branches, employees’ movements, closed buildings/branches, and Audio-visual projects. - Coordinate Movements, Transfers, and Removals of ATMs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Field Service Team - ATM
Prepare a schedule for movements with the Business Unit
Coordinate alignment with Vendors
Perform weekly meetings with all the teams to review the plan and status and define the next steps.
Lead the ATM movement.
Machine-to-End Destination Assignment
Contact all the teams to ensure everyone is ready
Manage requests with vendors to complete changes in applications.
Onsite lead – oversight of all teams until the movement is completed.
Perform final ATM testing
Install corporate signs
Coordinate any necessary removal.
Send status report to the rest of the team
Manage inventory of the ATM storage in vendors' facilities
Onsite visits to ensure the equipment arrived by the orders.
ATMs staging coordination and approval.
Coordinate Trailer movement for Special Events.
Manage traveling and expenses related to ATM movements.
In charge of the cars’ maintenance
Lead the support for the CRE initiative. Coordinate with the vendors and the infrastructure team to get the designs and proposals and manage the installation oversight from the beginning to the end.
Design, implementation, users trainings, and post-closing support
Manage project cost oversight and status of CRE and Business Units
Manage the annual budget process to support all the initiatives.
For the Branches remodeling, new or closed, addition to project coordination, the team manages the:
Letters process for communications with clients
Communication with administrators for changes in applications (create or delete branches and cost centers from apps)
For the Audiovisual initiatives, addition to the projects’ coordination, the team:
Manage vendor relations.
Select and test new equipment.
Manage spare equipment/parts.
Standards design definition and maintenance. Manage obsolescence program
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or information systems, computer science, technical support , or related area.
Experience
Two years of experience in a similar position.
