　　IT Resource responsible to manage business requirements for integrations for Workday and other HR related systems. Drive IT and business organizations to review and approve functional specifications, data analysis & data mappings. Manage the requirements change process throughout the project lifecycle. Lead documenting business process flows that are supported by the defined business requirements. Business Analyst will actively participate in the testing phase of the project, by identifying test scenarios needed to cover all requirements defined, the documentation of test cases and be triage point of contact during testing serving as SME to determine if issues reported are defects or not. Skills Required:

　　8+ years IT Business Analyst

　　Advanced BA skills with Integrations and Conversion experience (Requirements Gathering, Functional Design, Data Analysis, Data Mappings, Data Validations, Testing)

　　Strong ability to interact with technical, functional and business teams

　　Strong HR/Compensation business process knowledge

　　+3 Years Workday Core HCM functional and Integrations knowledge

　　Previous experience in creating Process / Data flow diagrams

　　Previous experience in creating Test Scenarios and Cases

　　Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivots and graphs)

　　IIBA or PMI Certified Business Analyst

　　Previous functional/technical experience with Workday Recruiting

　　Payroll functional experience & integrations with payroll vendors like ADP

　　Zephyr, Practitest or any other test management tools

　　Previous experience in designing custom IT solutions

　　Previous experience with Global Deployments
