  BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager foran opportunity in Chandler, AZ!

  Position Title:

  Job Type: [FULL TIME (\>=30 HRS WEEKLY), [HYBRID]

  Pay Range: [\$60] - [\$65]

  Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due tofactors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and doesnot encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paidtime off, per diem, etc.).

  Requirements:

  Supports for End to End Technology for programs and projects. Performsproject management responsibilities relating to information technologyimplementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery. Role has direct andmatrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations aswell as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side fordelivering the program/projects. Manages multiple projects or a singlemajor project. Partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs tocreate business requirements for technology solutions. Assists withtechnology estimates, manages low to moderate complexity technologysolutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment.Manages to timelines and communicates project status and has matrixmanagement responsibility. Build positive give and take relationshipswith stakeholders. Use the right questions and tools to uncover rootcauses to business challenges, identify opportunities, and makerecommendations. Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.

  Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal forthe defined deliverables. Promote/facilitate communication andcollaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completionand timeline. Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery(for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, changecontrols, tollgates, and so on). Gather/facilitate status updates forthe deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery,risks/issues, and schedule. Ensure that execution is aligned withdeliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.Support resource planning for delivery/execution.

  Desired Skills

  Knowledge of Payments or Financial Services space. Familiarity withvarious project management tools Experience delivering large projectswith significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may havecross-functional or inter-departmental implications Experience drivingmultiple projects simultaneously Agile experience strongly desiredMerchant services experience
