Description:

　　The IT Project Manager will focus in the area of modernizing the operational environment. Our partner is doing a Salesforce implementation, and with that they are required to modernize much of the IT environment. This project will be focused on 3-4 homegrown/legacy applications, and is set to be an 18-20 month project.

　　The project will start using Waterfall methodologies, but will then transition to Agile with a goal of doing 3 releases over the next 19 months. The entire IT org. is only 11 individuals, so not a huge environment.

　　The top skills will include

　　Experience as a Project Manager overseeing modernization of legacy applications (Salesforce experience is not required, but would be helpful)

　　Experience leading large implementations and having an understanding of operational intensity/working within a PMO

　　Waterfall and Agile experience
