Job Duties: Plan and manage large and complex quality assurance projects from initiation to implementation; conduct requirements analysis, resource and budget estimations and develop and drive project test strategy and plans with milestones and timelines, ensuring that the scope as well as the approach is fully understood by all stakeholders involved; provide guidance and subject matter expertise on test automation, test engineering, QA processes with standards and preparation of test strategies, including test data and automation activities (creating automation framework design & implementation for complex functional requirements), feasibility studies (automation technical feasibility study and proof of concept for new applications and automation projects), manage, define, implementation and integration of quality metrics and principles into design and development of software and IT processes, design, monitor and analyze quality metrics (defect, defect count, test status & results, etc.) and generate customized user reports.Education and Experience:Master of Science degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Applications/Applied Computer Science or Computer/Management Information Systems plus two (2) years of experience as Software Developer, Software Engineer, Computer Programmer, Systems Analyst, or related position.
