Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an IT Project Analyst: I (Junior) in Columbus, Ohio. The selected candidate will join our team and play a crucial role in assisting with large, complex programs, maintaining project information, and facilitating team meetings. This role operates within the IT industry and requires a high degree of organization, detail-orientation, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the gathering and review of project team and organizational deliverables

• Maintain and update project and team information using appropriate tools

• Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues in deliverables, tables, or test results

• Participate in implementation activities as needed

• Facilitate meetings for assigned projects, testing and/or production support efforts

• Collaborate with team members to respond to and answer questions generated by IT and Business partners

• Lead small projects, enhancements, or continuous improvement efforts when necessary

• Gather data to develop new projects and define project goals and objectives

• Manage project schedules, goals, and communications between involved workers

• Analyze and organize data to identify areas where the project can be improved

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, the project team, and the project manager. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Demonstrated ability in planning, implementing strategies, and project planning

• Experience with ADO.NET and Azure DevOps

• Ability to handle answering inbound calls professionally

• Experience in review, research analysis, and data gathering

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and business partners

• Proven time management skills

• Experience in managing deliverables and enhancements

• Ability to drive continuous improvement

• Understanding of data quality and management tools

• Experience in production support

• Aptitude in AB Testing
