IT Process Manager – Focus: IT Change Management

Your Responsibilities
Manage our Global IT Change Management Process
Further develop our existing Change Management Process (Process Design)
Make sure the Change Management Process is running efficiently
Own and maintain the Change Management documentation
Act as the Change Management Product Owner in our IT Service Management Suite and coordinate the agile development activities
Engage with other ICT teams to continuously improve our Change Management Procedures
Develop and report on KPI, SLA, and OLA
Monitor and manage process compliance
Take care of proper communication and training of the process across the organization
Be a reliable partner in extraordinary situations such as Major Incidents. You will also support our IT Service Management team to coordinate Major Incidents:
Coordinate our Incident Response team to ensure fast resolution
Ensure target audience business communications
Provide Management updates regarding Major Incidents
Identify reoccurring issues and ensure they are managed via ITSM processes
Coordinate and advise our team of Major Incident Coordinators
Support the IT Service Management organization in fulfilling their overall business goals
Communicate and cooperate with other departments
We're looking for you if your profile matches the following:
Bachelor's degree in business informatics or equivalent combined education and experience
+5 years of professional IT experience
+3 years of professional experience in Change Management
Strong English skills (oral and written)
Track record in managing a Change Management Process
Track record in defining and implementing processes
Track record in Process modeling (e.g. BMPN)
Track record in creating process documentation
Strong IT Service Management background
Very good human and social skills, with high commitment and motivation
Strong ability to work in a virtual team
ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or newer)
Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation)
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel occasionally
Occasionally take part in an after-hours on-call rotation

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of IT Process Manager – Focus: IT Change Management is between $100,000 and $135,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
