　　As an IT Manager of Network Services, you\'ll be responsible foroverseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of theorganization\'s computer networks. You will oversee a small teamresponsible for network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity, security,and efficient operation of data communication systems. You will alsoanalyze and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timelyand accurate fashion and provide end user training where required. Thisis a highly impactful role that contributes to a seamless and efficientcustomer experience by ensuring that we have a reliable and securenetwork infrastructure in place.

　　How will you impact our organization as an IT Manager of NetworkServices on a daily basis?

　　Manage, anticipate, analyze, and track network components across thecompany to ensure business applications and users operate withminimal interruption.

　　Provide quality service to team members regarding networkmanagement, maintain and manage the network connectivity to ensureminimal business interruptions.

　　Identify, establish and manage technical requirements and practicesfor networks, security solutions and telephone management.

　　Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to consistent practices forthe implementation and changes to WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi servicesincluding VOIP based telephony.

　　Assist in the development of technical requirements, business plans,and proposals, including the planning and design of technicalprojects, vendor selection, and cost/benefit analyses as applicable.

　　Develop strategies for long term efficiency of network services thatalign with organizational goals and stay informed of industry trendsto enhance network capabilities

　　Analyze network performance regularly to identify areas forimprovement or support strategic decision making.
