Responsibilities
As a Data Center Manager , you will be responsible for the management of Enterprise Mobility-owned data centers and colocation facilities globally. In this position, you will analyze data, research, and implement solutions that provide enhanced management of the Data Center infrastructure. You will be responsible for guiding a group of administrators who oversee all adds, moves, and changes in the data center. You will also maintain and build relationships with Facilities Management, suppliers, and contractors and coordinate any environmental changes to the data centers or property on which they are located.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the capacity of the data center from a space, power, and cooling perspective
Collaborate with teams across IT to determine connectivity requirements
Lead large infrastructure projects
Follow all local codes and accepted best practices for data center installations.
Manage a diverse group of FTEs and vendor smart hands
Hold vendors to predetermined SLAs Hold vendors to predetermined SLAs
Ensure we are compliant with governing bodies
Maintain a clean data center environment
Provide exceptional customer services for our internal IT teams
Communicate with all layers of management

Qualifications
Required:
Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
6+ years of management experience
Must be able to work out of our Weldon Spring Datacenter 5 days a week
Knowledge of data center infrastructure systems, including power, cooling, fire suppression, physical security, cabling, infrastructure, and IT equipment
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other essential administrative tools
Must have a clean driving record
Knowledge of Hazardous Materials handling, OSHA regulations, and commitment to safety
Ability to obtain passport required
Ability to lift devices that weigh 75 lbs.
Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 50 degrees to 120 degrees FahrenheitAbility and willingness to work a flexible schedule
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree or Trade School in Electrical Engineering
BISCI RCDD or DCDC
Accounting and asset management experience
AutoCAD and Visio experience
Knowledge of DCIM tools
Experience with vendor contracts
Experience with ticketing systems internally and external
