Description • Maintain the hardware and software systems within the organization.

• Monitor the performance of the organization’s IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases.

• Manage the organization’s data storage systems, which includes implementing solutions such as cloud storage.

• Maintain the security of an organization’s network.

• Manage the organization’s critical apps and communication systems, including email, instant messaging, and video conferencing.

• Provide training and support to users within the organization.

• Ensure all IT projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Manage and oversee the IT infrastructure team.

• Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements.
