Information Technology Internship

　　Scot Forge Company is looking to hire an IT Intern for the Summer of 2024 at the corporate facility in Spring Grove, IL. This internship at Scot Forge will focus on the business systems at Scot Forge, and provide exposure to the IT profession. This intern will be supporting the IT team through a combination of daily tasks and projects.

　　Projects will include:

　　Business Systems Analysis and Data Science

　　Scoping, design, testing, and implementation of application functionality

　　Performing business systems analysis process mapping

　　Research into new applications and technology

　　Supporting our IT training needs

　　Supporting predictive analytics solutions

　　Scoping and designing new applications and application enhancements

　　Qualifications:

　　Working toward an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related program

　　IT Networking knowledge

　　Windows and other operating system knowledge

　　PC and peripheral support

　　Experience or knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle

　　Hardware and operating systems architecture knowledge

　　Additional Requirements

　　Must be authorized to work anywhere in the U.S. without sponsorship

　　Must be able to pass a 90 day head hair drug test today.
