Job Description

　　The IT Intern will work with the IT Coordinator to provide direct technical assistance and support for network, hardware, and software issues.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Support the technology team with the maintenance of hardware, software, and other systems as needed

　　Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment, i.e. printers, computers, etc.

　　Run software updates and backups as requested

　　Qualifications

　　Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office, computer hardware, and computer networks

　　Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 lbs.

　　Must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and independent problem solving

　　This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
