About IT Help Desk Analsyt

  Description

  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Help Desk Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal IT Help Desk candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in providing technical support, with a strong background in Office 365, Active Directory, and user support. This IT Help Desk role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing timely assistance to end-users.

  IT Help Desk Responsibilities Include:

  

  User Support:

  Provide prompt and effective technical support to end-users via various communication channels.

  Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

  Office 365 Administration:

  Manage and administer Office 365 applications, ensuring proper configuration and optimal performance.

  Collaborate with team members to implement and support Office 365 solutions.

  Active Directory Management:

  Maintain and update Active Directory user accounts, groups, and permissions.

  Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory-related issues.

  Technical Issue Resolution:

  Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

  Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams for resolution.

  Documentation:

  Create and update documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles.

  Assist in the development and maintenance of IT-related documentation.

  Remote Support:

  Provide remote support to offsite users, ensuring their connectivity and access to necessary resources.

  Utilize remote support tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

  Requirements

  IT Help Desk Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  3-5 years of experience in IT support roles.

  Strong expertise in Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.

  Proficient in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory.

  Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent are a plus.
