　　Robert Half is seeking a self-motivated IT Generalist with a broad range of technical skills to support our client's diverse IT infrastructure. 　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

　　Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.

　　Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT projects.

　　Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.

　　Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing and enforcing best practices.

　　Assist in technology procurement, vendor management, and license compliance.

　　Document and update IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.

　　Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

　　Proven experience as an IT Generalist or similar role.

　　Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

　　Proficiency in networking concepts, protocols, and security.

　　Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.

　　Solid understanding of IT best practices and standards.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

　　Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are desirable.
