　　Caterpillar is looking for an IT Developer (Automation and Data Solutions ) to strengthen our global IT team.

　　What You Will Do:

　　Provide support for existing solutions deployed in VBA, C# or SQL by identifying and troubleshooting errors. Propose and implement effective solutions to resolve ongoing issues.

　　Work closely with analysts & internal customers globally to understand their requirements and challenges. Collaborate on finding automation solutions to streamline daily tasks and address new processes with the department's portfolio.

　　Stay alongside technological advancements and propose innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in line with organizational goals.

　　Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a collaborative work environment.

　　What You Will Have:

　　Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science or any related fields

　　Experience in developing automation and data solutions using VBA and C#, or similar technologies

　　Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage)

　　Good collaboration and communication skills in both English and Polish

　　Strong ownership attitude and the ability to work independently
